Staff was very helpful an very respectful an overall very polite really enjoyed my stay...but as far as the suite...it could use a little updating....like the Carpet some of the furniture and please the mini refrigerators were not getting cold in my room or my Son an girlfriend room either.....
Very polite staff and hardworking. In our particular room the front light was out but it was changed within a few minutes. Quite, spacious and relaxing. I would rate higher if the breakfast area was a little bigger. Lots of clients fighting over table space.
This was our first time staying at Springhill Suites. We were not disappointed. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, there was plenty of space for our family of six and all 9 of our suitcases. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Manytimes shuttle drivers were not available and then we have to manage it ourselves which made us unpredictable at work. Kim, Rod, crystal and few more were helpful. Overall a good experience.
