I don't know how people can stay here. Horrible place. Has mold inside the bathroom. Appliances are dirty sheets are dirty with holes on them. Etc etc etc I can keep going
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, STOLEN ITEMS FROM MY ROOM!! I rented a room for a week due to my apartment wasn't ready for me to move into, the first night was ok, I went to work at 9:00am the next day but when I got back my room was flooded with water from the toilet, my MacBook and Ipad touch along with other items from my room were stolen and the room reeked of marijuana(I don't smoke), I immediately called the front desk to which the front desk clerk started laughing, I called the police they never showed up, I asked the front desk to call the GM he told me he wasn't going to wake her up even after I inform him that the police were on the way. Worst experience ever lost over 1500$ worth of equipment.
They are reliable and friendly while still mindful of customer needs. They care about the professional and accurate nature of the business results expected of them.
I really am disappointed with my stay here. I stayed here for 7 days. From Nov 8 til today Nov 15th. I asked the clerk who checked me in for a trash can, I never received it. My room was on the second floor next to rooms that were being renovated so I was awakened by loud bumping and drilling for 5 of my 7 days. I went to the office to speak with the clerk at about 6pm no one was in the office. I waited 15 minutes no one ever came. I went the next day and asked the clerk for a trash can once again she said I'm gonna locate you one. I never heard from her about the trash can so I had to just putting trash in grocery bags and toting it out. Pillows were dirty and stained inside a clean pillow case. By this time I had just had enough. The bright side of the story was this morning when I checked out. Ms Jackie checked me out, She had excellent customer service and she apologized to me for my experience and asked me to please come again. I wish I had met her earlier during my stay. I probably wouldn't be so Disappointed with my stay. The lady who works evenings needs to be trained on how to treat customers. I don't remember her name but it starts with J.
Was then kicked out of said hotel, for no other reason than the GM didn't fell comfortable with me staying there and I was robbed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
The sheets were clean, there was enough toilet paper and the refrigerator and air conditioner both worked. When I went to the office to say that the toilet was backed up, from the stains it had been backed up for a long time, I was handed a plunger. There were dead bugs in the carpet, at least they weren't alive. I stepped on a cherry pit. There was a bath mat but no towels. The front of the nightstand had been broken off at some time. There were cigarette burns on the furniture so I'm guessing it wasn't a non-smoking room. And to end with a positive, the staff was pleasant. Would I stay there again? Would I recommend it to anyone? Well, no.
