Cold shower... Early bird gets the worm!
Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
Very friendly staff. Room very nice.. Bedding very nice feather pillows were a dream..My only issue was the lack of towels in the bathroom.. Person I was with soon as we got to the room took a shower used one bath towel and wash cloth...when I went in there, there wasn't another bath towel for myself..... !!!!! If there wasn't a shortage of provided towels they would have gotten 5 stars. dlc
The lady at the desk (although very kind and apologetic) offered no consolation, no discount on a future stay, or complimentary breakfast sandwich from the bistro, etc.
If you intend to wake up after 7am, I'd stay elsewhere. How someone can consider $150/night a fair price for a cold shower is beyond me...
Staff was wonderful! They went above and beyond the usual to help me and make me feel at home
Kenny & Eric provided excellent service. I had a great stay. Most of their staff members are personable and engaging. I received excellent hospitality and service while I was there. I will be staying here again upon future trips to Durham.
After asking I found out that they have a boiler down (and apparently have had for a while now, which no one has felt the need to fix promptly).
Staff here is very kind and helpful to all your needs. Great and beautiful place at a great price! Kudoslll
