Very nice. Big, clean rooms, well appointed. Friendly staff, awesome coffee and breakfast. Well worth the money. Will definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area overnight and would recommend to anyone.
They hotel could use a little TLC. The staff is awesome, very friendly. The rooms are not the best but not bad. I had a mini fridge oddly placed outside of the furniture in the room and the shower curtain was pretty rough too. The house keeping could improve a bit as well. If you are looking for an updated room that is very clean and well put together than this is not the place for you. The gym is sad but works in a pinch. The breakfast was good and wifi was adequate for work. A good overall place if you can get a decent price.
The staff at breakfast was great. But the room was not clean enough at all. I had to clean the bathroom toilet! The toilet!! I will spare you details but would you believe anything else is clean after that?
Is it really that big of a deal to get a roll-out mattress for the room when you have to fit three people in there? Well, Mikael sure thought it was when my soldiers and I checked in yesterday! He acted as if it was too much of an inconvenience for him to get a roll-out bed, blankets, and a pillow! Really, guy? You work there! Superior customer service should ALWAYS be a number one priority! Not something you provide when it's convenient for you!
Our family stayed here last month when we moved to Durham the night before we had access to our new home. The front staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. It was a decent place to stay and is pet friendly which is a must for us. It could use a little more soundproofing and some decor updating but was an overall nice place to stay. They offer a free breakfast as well which is nice but nothing fancy- toast, waffles, yogurt and grits was about it.
