Mark and team were excellent. Mark was on vacation, but he still consistently communicated with me to confirm my dates. Company movers were courteous, on-time, efficient, and took great care with loading and unloading my furniture. I highly recommend using this service!
120lb female left with washer and dryer loaded on truck with no help getting them down! I hired Triangle Labor Services to help move my large items, the first thing they moved was my washing machine... Which they dropped face first into our concrete driveway. Needless to say, this damages the washer in several places. It also scratched our truck. Once they finished loading the dryer and the lead worker came over to hear us discussing the damage to the truck, all work was haulted so they could discuss be situation with their boss. Hours later the washer and dryer were still on the truck... The workers just abandoned me while it started to rain and get dark. Finally they offered to come back and unload the washer/dryer, only if I agreed to sign a document releasing them of any further damage they may cause to my items or property. The only silver lining in this situation is that we hired Triangle Labor Services through Hire A Helper. Hire A Helper customer service was very apologetic and refunded us in full. I highly recommend choosing a more professional moving service than Trianlge Labor Services.
