The second shipment finally arrived eleven days later. We were very pleased with Derrick Semoms and his team, who were excellent! They were professional, courteous and very careful with all of our remaining goods.
Terrible customer service. Definitely do not schedule your move with Graybul. After electronically signing the agreement things went bad fast. We scheduled the pick up day for Wednesday. I scheduled my day off from work for Wednesday. Tuesday afternoon they called to inform us the pick up will be on Thursday. When they arrive for pick up I was informed that Graybul charges $75 per flight of stairs so I will be charged an additional $300. When I called the office to complain that I was not told about this charge the customer service rep said that is their policy and it is in their contracts I should have read it. So now I am calling to find out if the requested delivery day for Saturday is scheduled and I am being told the lady who schedules deliveries is out today. I asked "is no one else available to take care of the delivery schedules?" The answer is "no one else has the code to access the delivery schedule". So now I ask "Can I speak to the manager" The answer I got is "I am a manager" WOW the manager doesn't have access to running the business? No wonder they are a terrible moving company. The managers don't even know what they are doing so how can the workers know what to do! DO NOT USE GRAYBUL for your move.
Terrible agents
This is the most awful fraudlant experience we have ever had with many moves. It is so bad, we are filing a complaint with the authorites. Our stuff was broken, we were overcharged and can't get a call back. ANYBODY will be better then them.
Graebel did not meet our overall expectations! The move required two shipments due to the fact that the truck provided was too small. The truck was not only the wrong size, but experienced difficulty with the lift. It did not perform properly and it leaked oil onto our driveway. On arrival in NC we discovered that the inventory was not documented properly.
Great place to work
My wife's clothing was packed with a floor fan in a wardrobe box, which wrinkled them badly; an antique table was water damaged, and several items of furniture were damaged and documented with the driver.
