If I could give Jewel more than 5 stars I would. Rented a unit yesterday for extra storage. Jewel's patience provided excellent service. Glad I chose Security Self Storage on Geer Street
Very professional and personal service. I had to change the size container I originally planned and the representative was knowledgeable and efficiency made the change. Jewel is always avaliable and helpful with small requests and large with a smile.
I came in yesterday to ask about somewhere good to eat. There were two ladies there. The black lady was very friendly and made some suggestions on good places to eat. I truly appreciate that considering I was not renting a truck or getting a storage. It is good to see that there are still some people who give great customer service no matter what. If I ever need a storage or truck I will definitely come see Ms. Jewel (I think that was the black lady's name). Thank you Ms. Jewel for being nice, helpful and friendly!!
Been looking for a storage and I went in on Saturday. The person working... I think her name was Jewel was extremely friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She wasn't pushy or too aggressive. I was also really impressed with how clean the grounds and the units I saw were! Even though this facility is really not convinient to where I live I don't want to take a chance on finding something closer but the people aren't friendly. I will definitely be back when I am ready to get a storage unit... Ms. Jewel is truly a jewel!!
