These guys were great! Packed my kitchen and loaded the rest of my three level townhouse in 4 hours. They were efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them. When they finished unloading they made sure we didn't need any more assistance before they packed up and left. The total was actually LESS than the initial estimate! I am so glad we were able to use TROSA for our move. ☺️
Cannot say enough good things about the Trosa crew we had today. They hustled to load our stuff, yet were careful with it (and it was 90+ degrees today!). Very polite and personable, even though there was an error in communication from their office (they didn't communicate the full inventory I filled out so guys thought move was smaller). They got a full 2 BR moved in just over 4 hrs. Would not hesitate to hire them again.
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with TROSA. The reservation process was painless online. I was in touch with someone the same day for a quote. I made the reservation about a momth in advance and was contacted the day before my move to confirm a time frame for the crew to arrive. The day of the move, I got a call about 45 minutes before they got there. The crew was very professional and all the guys were so friendly and respectful. They had my whole apartment moved in less than 2 hours. I would definitely use this service again and recommend them to anyone that's moving!
TROSA movers were great! We had them come to put extra furnishings in storage before putting our house on the market. We then used them to move out of our house and put the remainder of our belongings in storage while our new home was built. Several months later they delivered all of our belongings. We have moved many times through the last fifty years and these guys were right at the top of the movers we have used. Very professional and friendly but did not waste time. All furniture was securely wrapped in padding and shrink wrap for going into storage. Couldnt be more pleased with the service they provided.
Very professional and courteous. Moved a upright piano without incident as well as the rest of my house in 2 hours.
In addition, they are very reasonably priced. All the proceeds go to continuing their mission of helping former drug addicts reintegrate into society.
