I found shoes that I liked for a good price so I gave 2 stars for that, but the customer service I experienced was absolutely horrendous and I will never return to this store. When checking out there was no employee to be found and so my husband and I were talking amongst ourselves about whether or not anyone was actually working there. That was when a female emerges from the back talking on her cell phone. She comes to the counter and does not greet us but continues her personal conversation repeating to the caller what we had been saying about wondering if anyone was working there! She basically mocks us on the phone to her caller and had I not really wanted the shoes I would have walked out. She continues talking about her personal life during the whole transaction. After we paid she sarcastically tells us to have a nice day while rolling her eyes. ... What happened to customer service Payless?!?!
