Worst experience I've ever had with a store employee. Lady working on 8-15-2017 at 12:30 was very rude when I was trying to exchange shoes that I bought in Charlotte that I later found to be damaged before wearing. After trying to get me to take a shoe that was not my size she stated that she could, "make me go back to Charlotte to exchange the shoes but she was doing me a favor". The return policy on the receipt says they can be exchanged anywhere in the United States. Terrible experience, overall rude employee and will not be buying another pair of shoes from this store.
