Im giving them any stars at all because I actually love the store itself and its selection. However, this review is about one experience particular. I made an online order on December 6th, for ONE item to be shipped to the store for pickup. This was a planned Christmas gift. On December 11th its status was still "in progress" not even shipped yet. I emailed their customer service and they told me to be patient and wait until the 15th and if nothing had changed to reach back out to them. So I did, and on the 15th.. nothing. I emailed them once again and I did not get a response until December 18th (3 days later) saying my order was lost. That I could keep my reward points but that was it. No exchange, nothing. I was disappointed that I wasted my time waiting on this order for it to only be lost and no exchange or anything in return. Will more than likely not shop at this store anymore. If you are, I suggest you go in the store itself not online.
Great, affordable, name Brand women and men's, shoes, boots, flats and kid's shoes. Always discounts from 70%!! Clean, well stocked orderly store, helpful, pleasant staff. In Patterson shopping center, lots of free parking and wheel chair accessible!
Very little organisation. There was a huge lack of variety and the shoe boxes were in terrible conditions. Had to buy my shoes online because they had a terrible destribution of sizes. Overall the experience was okay, but I tried to order my shoes at the counter and the woman seemed so unhappy to be there that I just preferred to use my phone.
Not great, but you can find something desirable once in a while.
Large selection, but exactly the same brands and styles you find everywhere else (Macys, Kohls, etc.) They carry Ivanka Trump's brand. Not impressed with the prices (things on sale were only discounted 20%) and even the "clearance" section had underwhelming prices. I would only recommend this as a place to try-on, find the size you need, then leave and buy elsewhere for a better price.
