Shoe carnival as a whole had the worst customer service. I feel sorry for you if you have to call their "help" line.
I would give zero stars if i could. Most unhelpful customer service in my experience. I was ordering a gift that needed to arrive before I went out of town for Christmas, so I spent an extra $12 or so on expedited 2 day shipping. Now, I work in purchasing; and all businesses I order from have a posted cut off time at checkout for expedited shipping (usually being around 4-5pm, close of business). Well shoe carnival has a cut of time to ship same day at noon; no post whatsoever at checkout to make customers aware. It is irresponsible for them not posting this information during the checkout process. Had it been posted properly, I would not have paid extra for shipping for an item that would not arrive before I went out of town for the holidays. I contacted customer service TWICE explaining the situation and requesting at least a partial refund for shipping, seeing as how I ordered the item on the 18th at 3:20pm and got a same day order confirming saying it would arrive by the 19th-20th as you would expect for 2 day shipping. I later get an email saying it was delayed and would not be here until the 21st-22nd when I would be out of town. Customer service said they would not refund shipping due to it being on schedule, but it was not "on schedule" for the dates that I paid for or that were CONFIRMED by THEM in my email. So basically they said they would not help me. In the end: I lost an extra $12 or so on a service that is now useless to me, my present will be very late assuming is not stolen from my doorstep due to it being a no signature package and my being out of town. I will NEVER shop at shoe carnival again; no matter the product quality or deals at any time. It is not ethical to not be completely transparent about your express shipping methods especially around the holidays. Thank you shoe carnival for RUINING Christmas for a customer.
Some great deals if you look around. Most shoes are buy one and half off another of lesser/equal cost. Plenty of space and massive selections going well beyond athletic and formal shoes. If you like to shop for apparel inside a physical location, you can't do much better. You'll spend more than you would shopping online, but quality and the assurance of a good fit make it worthwhile.
My family and I always come here first to find new shoes. The employees are always so welcoming and sweet to my kids.
The store was neat and organized. Staff could be more welcoming. Bilingual staff would be useful, especially at this location. The person that checked us out was very nice. A kid kept playing with the spinner because he wanted a free prize. An employee told the kid that he had to get on the free prize before he could actually get a free prize. The employee eventually figured out that the little boy was not going to give up, so the employee finally gave the kid a free prize anyways. I love the buy one get on half off deal! All around it's a great store, but employees could just use some training on customer communication.
