Let me start by saying that I lower my expectations for service when going to a fast food establishment, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Girl at drive through rang up my order of two items at over $35. Obviously wrong so I drove up to the window where another young girl retook my order. This resulted in me having to wait in the parking lot for almost 10 minutes. I ordered the 6 piece buffalo chicken fingers with 2 blue cheese sauces. What did I end up with after all the frustration with ordering? -regular chicken fingers with a side of buffalo sauce, no blue cheese and a zax sauce. Pathetic service and execution of order. Will never go back.
Typical zaxbys. Eat in always clean; drive thru sometimes forgets a sauce or whatever but generally good.
Newer location that was designed really nice. Drive thru neglects some of the simple request so be sure that you repeat it if it is important to you prior to driving off.
I liked Zaxby's until I went to this location. Cold chicken, soggy fries and toast. Would not go back with so many better lunch options around for people in RTP.
The layout inside to order & get your drink is awkward and parking is limited. No milkshakes. Often very slow service. My coworkers & I go regularly because we like Zaxbys food if done right. I can confirm all the 1 star reviews reflect what could be your experience any given day.
