Worst Chic Fil A I've been too. Ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Waited several minutes and the food and fries were already made. Just had to throw it in a bag. The worst part was is wasn't even that busy. Fries were not that good either.
If you want unsweetened tea avoid this place!!! Usually get great unsweetened tea and food from Chick fil A. Not this place. The tea was spoiled and salad had spoiled fruit. I asked one of the staff about the tea, she was very nice. She turned to another employee with my concerns, bad attitude, shrugged her shoulders and walked off!!! Never get my money again!!!
It's inside of the hospital, in the cafeteria located a floor below the reception area (not the cancer reception area with the fireplace, but the clinic). Food is alright, best of the three here - though hospital food is hospital food.
To far off the highway for people traveling on the road almost 5 miles. It's not the cleanest, tables were dirty, and no one servicing guest in the dining area.
