Extra slow service and dirty even for a Cracker Barrel. Food is delicious as alwasy though. Pretty much what you would expect from Durham
Server was polite, attentive and expedient as well as the food was hot and delicious. The storefront had lots of beautiful gifts for Christmas. Enjoyed our visit will recommend having breakfast there to anyone.
We were there the other day with my family and the lost our meal ticket. The manager came out and apologized for the wait and gave a discount and got our food right away!
Ive went to CB since 2005 in Durham.but I've never had such bad service as I did this time. It took over a half an hour to get our food..then another 10 minutes to get fries.. if that wasn't enough..she never refilled our drinks..and it took us asking 4 times to get a take out box.ide understand if it was busy..but it wasn't..At All!!!
The last three times I went there they got the order wrong . This is understandable we are all human but they act upset that I questioned it was rude. I get take out once a week there and they front cashiers are always nice. I'm sorry that the waitress is not getting a tip but would you go in to eat if you were treated that way.
I love cracker barrel ! Great food for a great price!
