We waited 15 minutes to be seated when there was no one in front of us and the store was not busy. Several servers walked by us and said nothing. Once we were finally seated, it took another 15 minutes for them to come and take our drink order. The food took extremely long and when we got our food, my mother’s order was completely wrong. The strawberry lemonade was watered down and our food was room temperature like it had been sitting for a while. Worse experience ever, needless to say I won’t be returning. If I could give 0 stars, I would’ve. Don’t come here, you will be disappointed
Walked in and was greeted with a sign asking me to wait to be seated. Several minutes passed and no one seated me. A server passed by me a few times without saying anything. I've been sitting for 30 minutes now without a menu. I have a suspicion that I will not be waited on until I speak up. There appears to be only one person waiting on tables and two people in the kitchen. Just read several other reviews. I'm not sharing anything new. Ha ha!
The services staff is usually good but every time I've been here they've gotten my order wrong, my daughters orders wrong and had to take it back to redo it. I will go back because my daughter likes this place a lot.
wry satisfied. Had the 55÷ Scrambled Eggs with Cheddar Slam. It included sausage, bacon and pancakes. A lot for your money, and the coffee was pretty good too.
7/12/2017- I'm editing the previous review but not changing the Stars. Today I had good service and good food. The Fit option skillet was delicious. It came out hot, the potatoes were perfect, and my eggs were done as they should be. The waitress was nice and pretty much on top of things. I can't change my start rating however because there place was a mess. The ceiling was leaking everywhere and too many tables were covered in dirty plates left by previous patrons. Also, one of the staff had their kids there and we could hear crying the entire time we were eating.
1 hour in and my cup of coffee is cold - no warmups. Also, the server is walking around without their shoes on.
Probably some of the worst service I've ever seen. This location seems to always be understaffed and poorly managed. Always out of some menu items or drinks. The employees have zero natural customer skills. It's a "Just give me my check" staff, and whomever the franchisee is... their severely asleep at the wheel. Wow...what moron runs a business this way?
