Worst customer service ever and high prices. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had! I just recently ordered furniture from here and the only great experience I received was from Kay. The customer service here is HORRIBLE ... omg and the environment is just very unprofessional. I love the product that I purchased from them, but this definitely my first and last time buying from this company. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
Eddie is awesome!! Great personality, with outstanding customer service skills. I walked in just to "look", and purchased a beautiful bed with no money down!!
Eddie is an "AWESOME" salesman and is very polite. Kimbrell's need a kind face n front of the scene at all times. I have been with kmbrel'ls since I was 18 yrs old and I am now 53 years old. The management that are there now do not value there customers. I sure do miss Greg he was also known to all the customers. I can speak for all the customers that has the years and acquaintance at Kimbrells furniture. I can't wait to pay them out I can't deal with them anymore. if it was years when Greg was there and the team they once had I would have rated Kimbrell's with 5 stars.
The service in the store to purchase was good. However, I had to make multiple calls to the store and stay on hold for 5-10mins at a time to get my delivery date. There was no staff to assist when my salesperson was out for the day. Communication by the store was poor after I pick out my furniture.
