I've had two experiences with this store. This post is for the the purchase of my couch that I purchased in May 2017. Brandon Jolly was the best sales associate. He greeted me and my family as soon as we walked in to the store. He was highly professional, informative and patient. It took me a long time to make my selection, but I never felt rushed or pressured. My delivery and selection was a great experience. Since I had a great experience with my couch purchase, I returned 3 months later to purchase bedroom furniture. However, that purchase has not been the same experience and very much of a headache. Posting a separate review for that purchase.
Definitely come and check out this store. The staff is incredibly helpful. What I enjoyed the most is that they don't hound you like other stores. They actually give you space. The store looks very clean and just beautiful!
Worst furniture experience, from delivery to quality to customer service.
Loved this store, their products but most importantly their staff. We had an amazing experience. My son is a 23 year old autistic adult transitioning from his childhood bedroom to an adult bedroom. Adam was our salesman and he was fantastic and so patient with him. We will definitely be repeat customers.
They told me to call back and ask for compensation when it was all said and done. When I called back they told me I waited too long to call back with the request and nothing could be given at that time.
WORST company I've ever dealt with.
Ordered a dining table/chairs with a firm commitment date due to a family event. After several phone calls to them, I finally received the table, but no chairs. First, the table was damaged and couldn't be used. The chairs were delivered weeks later which they said was due to the delivery truck involvement in an accident that destroyed the load. The table was repaired, which wasn't done properly, therefore finally replaced 3 months after the initial purchase.
Great experience all around! Kim was super patient with our decision making process and made sure we were getting the best deal possible. Left enough space for us to shop while answering all the questions/concerns we had about or new purchase. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase new, USA made furniture to one stop shop at Ashley’s. Thanks again to the Durham NC team!
