Sales person Jirard was awesome, he was knowledgeable, very helpful, not pushy. I was in and out quickly and purchased wonderful furniture.
I rated one star because it doesn't go any lower. I came in with my sister looking for a new living room set and there were four associates behind the counter and not one of them bothered to help us, we didn't even get a hello or anything. All four associates looked at us and still didn't greet us nor ask if we had any questions even after the twenty minutes we spent there. I will never ever shop at Badcock.
Very friendly associate named Loren helped us but wasn't a pushy "vulture". Nice selection of furniture at good prices. Bought a beautiful bedroom set that was elegant and reasonably priced.
