Well, walked in, no one at hostess stand. Waited to be seated. Seated eventually and waited for 10 minutes until asking for our server. We were told they would get them. Still no sight of our server. Decided to get up and leave. Can't review the food and drink as there never were any. Seemed like no one wanted our money or tip. Most Ruby Tuesdays are great. For some reason this one just didn't cut it. Hopefully, they find people who have the ambition to work. Probably won't return to this location, and I hope this isn't where the chain is headed.
I had the worst overpriced meal of my life today. Burnt, cold salmon with burnt, cold, greasy brussels sprouts. If I could post a pic, I could prove it. I was dining with a 3 yr old snd her Cheeseburger sliders didn't look much better. The small sliver of cheese looked dried out and the hamburge did too.
Sad, Ruby Tuesdays use to be awesome back in the day.
Very bad customer service I felt my money wasn't Wanted I sat for 45 mins till a waiter greeted me. Waiters Also have Attitudes Here I'd recommend any other Ruby Tuesday
One mistake I will not be making again, service is absolutely non-existent! Server actually asked if I wanted ice in my beverage from the bar, then came with only a few cubes. Food took way to long to come out then was lukewarm, I bet it would have been good when it was hot. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else
I love the food and hospitality from the friendly staff. And the mixed drinks were awesome too. Our waiters name is Jimmy And he is the bartender as well and he did a FABULOUS JOB!
