Nice roadside hotel. Facility is nice. Indoor pool. Good nearby restaurants. Price is reasonable. Nothing too fancy but would recommend.
I experienced credit card fraud at this hotel. I received a call from the front desk, General Manager, on the guest room phone and said that my card had mistakingly been charged twice and they needed to correct it. They asked for my card again as well as another card for incidentals and would send the corrected bill right up and slip under the door.
The hotel was well-kept, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast area wasn't laid out very well (coffee and tea was around the corner out of sight), but the food was decent and the staff were very accommodating to those of us with food allergies.
Nice stay. Front desk staff were nice. Room was clean. Bed was really hard, but it was okay for a night. Free breakfast had hot and cold offerings. Would stay here again.
They never apologized and the general manager never called me nor reimbursed me for my horrifying stay. I called corporate MARRIOT who is moving swiftly to address this and get my stay reimbursed.
The hotel was close to a lot of shopping and dining - but you'd almost have to drive to get to it. Overall, a clean place for a decent price and I would stay there again if I were back in that area.
Great location, right next to the mall and loads of restaurants. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are large. Would definitely recommend
After a few minutes I called down to the desk to ask about the bill. They said no call to my room had ever happened. They said hackers have been doing this to their guest. I filed a police report, spent the night canceling credit card while on holiday.
The room was spacious and nice. Some road noise could be heard, but the view of the water was nice. The bed wasn't overly comfortable, but I've had worse.
