We had a terrible experience returning items today at this store. I have been a long time Marshall’s customer and have never been treated in such an unprofessional way. A young clerk could not have been more arrogant and rude to my 86 year old mother. The girl was impatient and haughty and condescending. My mother had the receipt and the tag but because the tag had been taken off so it had to be checked. At one point, she looked at me and asked me what I was looking at to which I answered nothing. I then asked for her name. We left with our item and will not be returning to This Marshall’s store. There is never an excuse to speak to anyone the way this girl spoke to my mother ! The store manager should be embarrassed. By the way we came to to Raleigh store and they returned the item without question.
They have good prices on clothes..but me being a full figured women, it was hard for me to find something in my liking... They had a small selection of pants for my size so it made it hard to find an outfit..But if I could make a suggestion can you please have more variety for plus size women like me
