We ordered a full set of LG appliances from this location. They said it would be a two week delivery, which seemed like a while to me, but whatever. So today is the delivery date. We received a confirmation yesterday that our appliances would be delivered today, so we sold our old appliances to make space for the new ones. A few hours after we sold our appliances, we get a call that the date has to be pushed back to 5 days from now. So we currently have no oven, microwave or dishwasher. Thankfully we kept the fridge because we're putting it in the garage. My 7 months pregnant wife has spent 3 hours on the phone with LG blaming the delivery company and the delivery company blaming LG. All the while JC Penney says they can't do anything about it and won't be offering the customer anything to make up for their terrible business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
So my sister was inside at the registers trying to make a purchase and I had to give her the money but it was two minutes before closing and a saleswoman was like I can't let you in we're closed and even after I explained the situation she still said you can't come in we're closed. Like if you're trying to make a purchase from there store we should be able to come inside.
Terrible costumer service. In the men's (nike) area. I returned a shirt immediately after buying it because the cashier was so rude and unprofessional and treated me with no respect. I recieve better costumer service at thrift stores. Will not be going back.
Sorry y’all but this JCPennys is not the place to go for hair.
Normally receive good customer service here but on October 20th, 2017 "manager' Camille and store associate Belinda provided terrible customer service. Belinda was not prepared and could not answer any of my questions regarding product or JC Pennys price match policy. It took 30 minutes for Camille to come assist us. Long story short Camille replied to our questions with a lethargic "IDK" and couldn't explain the difference in the two products although they were the same price. Once she sensed our frustration about our wait time and her inability to decipher information about the products she casually tried to rush us with our order. She didn't care and did not attempt to resolve the issue. Very nonchalant. Give this manager position to someone with some passion and integrity that can provided exceptional customer service.
Well I went with my roommate to the salon thinking I’d get the full treatment. LOL.
I went in for a cut and color little did i know I’d damn near cry during it from the hair stylist washing my hair. She was so rough on my scalp and I told her it was sensitive. The color came out a little darker than I wanted, unreal. But my hair cut was the worst. It was so uneven. I have since then been cutting my own hair because it isn’t even. I mean I am no where near a hair stylist but having to cut your own hair probably isn’t how it’s suppose to happen.
Alongside that my roommates stylist was terrible. We had to go back three times for her to fix the highlights she got. But she never fixed them. She didn’t even get to the root of her hair.. she was an inch away. And don’t get me started on the hair cut of how she tried to space the cut to her face..uffda. Nope.
