I don't get to go this store often because their is not one in my area. Always an enjoyable experience....they let me use two coupons. Love it! Got a great deal
Great variety of baby items (and more). The prices range from normal to a bit high, but they have a decent clearance section in the back and their promotional sales help to offset the higher prices. Staff is fairly attentive and helpful.
This guys are incredible. The service is great, the knowledge they have of the products they carry is impressive, and they are extremely friendly. They go beyond what is expected. One time we suspected one item was left behind at the store and once they were able to verify that the item was indeed not placed in our bag, they mailed it to us at no cost. Awesome baby store!
Avoid the "picture people." We worked out our whole day to get our 1 year old fed, rested and happy for our 2pm appointment. When we showed up, we found 2 families waiting and 1 family mid session. No one called us to cancel. I guess they expected us to wait around in the store for a couple hours+?! No respect for other people's time whatsoever.
Edit: I complained to a manager. Their costumer service did call the next day to give me a discount for my trouble. So I'm bumping them up a star for decent costumer service after the fact.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. Great prices as well
