Made my car look brand new again-- I have a Black 2017 Toyota Camry and it looked great but of course me wanting to keep it clean all the time without realizing how automatic car washes can give you swirls at times caused it to get just that. SWIRLS on the hood and trunk! It literally drove me crazy , so I checked out The Durham Ritz on google and seen that they had great reviews and decided to give it a go. I made my appointment for an exterior detail, the guy on the phone asked if I wanted to have a courtesy car since they will have it for hours which is awesome! I have never been to a detailing place that offered such service. Today (01/31/17) I drove my car over for my appointment. I was greeting by a friendly staff member and he again confirmed what I wanted them to cover in the detail. He gave me the keys to the rental which is a beautiful fiat 500 for me to drive while my car gets serviced. They called me when my car was ready, when I got there and seen my vehicle- my jaws dropped! They did a FANTASTIC job the swirls were gone and my car looked as if the black paint was oozing on it -so beautiful. I want to just say how thankful I am for this detail shop and I was 100% recommend everyone to get your car done here.. It will look show room ready!
Ritz is good place and they are washing cars well. Unfortunately, today I left the place with dirty car. I forgot to remove my bike rack and did not have keys with me to take it off. I offered to pay full price for outside/inside cleaning service just to clean my car inside. I had children with me and really needed their help with cleaning the inside of the car. It was morning and no any other cars around to wash, so nobody of employees was busy that time. I was sent away! Now I'm not sure I'm going back to Ritz:((!
Great attention to detail and a very good job inside & out. Friendly! A good value for what is done! We love going regularly to get our cars cleaned and also the dog hair vacuumed out!!
Getting the Manager's Special is my way of acknowledging that the staff and owners are doing a great job. Our little guys love going through and seeing all the different colored "lava" spilling onto the car, and I love the fact that the cars get a good cleaning inside and out. I'm sure you can get a cheaper car wash, but the service and quality at the Ritz are top notch.
Just picked up my Subaru Legacy from Detailing. My car never looked so nice since I bought. And I have a Golden Retrievers!! Messy kids. This place is great! Don’t know the name of the guy who did the job, but I want to say to him “ Thank you”!!. Recommending this place to everyone with messy family!!
