I was on monthly subscription and I got it cancelled personally at the counter. I saw still payment was charged on my card continuous on my account for 2 months. When i called the person over the phone asked me do you have a proof. When i told him i got it cancelled on the last car wash he told me date 18th June so he should have it in the system the cancellation. Moreover he is asking who was the guy who cancelled it how he looked like. Wow the customers now need to remember the appearance of the staff for taking the service. This was never expected how you treat the customer once customer opt out of the services and never using it again. Be careful to opt out of services here and when you do record video or audio. Will never recommend anyone to use this car wash area.

Love this place, great staff very helpful. Affordable and they have free towels available for wiping things down. Makes keeping my car clean easier and I actually look forward to going there. Great vacs by the way too.
Perfect self-serve auto wash. You pull up to an automated booth with a touch screen to select your options. After you pick, it prints a receipt, and attendants will scrub your car and guide you into the autowash. Then, the machines do your thing. Free self-serve vacuums come with any wash!
