Visited this place for 16.99 car detailing and they suggested me to go for 21.99 for better detailing. I was surprised to see my car was returned without basic vacuuming of floor mats. The interior detailing was very poor and in fact one of the worst I have used so far. When I complained, it was cleaned again but it's not perfect. This place works 4$ exterior wash and not more than that. They try to get multiple car detailed and it simply doesn't work. A clear sub standard service place and I won't recommend it.
Wouldn't go back. You can get an exterior wash for half the price somewhere else. Don't even bother with the inside.
Just went for an exterior cleanyand everything was good. Was done in like 10 minutes. Great speedy service and the staff is nice. Will probably come back for interior next time
The only reason I went was because I wanted the inside of my car detailed. They said that I could not have the inside of my car done without purchasing a wash for my entire car. Once it was done, not only was the wash on the outside of my car sub-par, the inside of my car had not been completed. When I reached out to the location manager, he said that not only could I NOT have my money back, but that my ONLY option was to come back for another "COMPLIMENTARY WASH." I sent him photos of my dashboard that still had dust on it, underneath my mats that had not been swept under, underneath my seats on the console side had not even been vacuumed. I called their customer service number, and they told me the exact same thing. So if you want to donate money to a bunch of people that are getting paid to do absolutely NOTHING, go to Autobell in Durham.
They did a decent job with the exterior . The interior however - I have wipe marks and dirt all over my dash. It actually looks worse than it did prior. The vacuuming was spotty. I'm guessing if they went over it and the vacuum didn't get it the first time around they didn't bother. Better off paying a kid 10 bucks to do the inside.
I honestly don’t know how a car wash gets quality people like this to work here. Exceptional service for the price. Just an incredibly friendly and professional staff. Where do these people come from?
