A brother to truly love, respect, and admire Starbucks. I'm getting great service across the board. I'm getting great coffee. I prefer the chestnut praline latte. But, that's my personal opinion. Overall it's awesome. I am definitely coming back.
Horrible customer service. I waited over ten minutes for my coffee to be made. There was a line of five people behind me, four staff members in the store ignoring the line. One staff member was drawing a sign, another was cleaning up and one left the store leaving one person to make all the drinks. The orders were coming out out of order, several people asked why it's taking so long only to be ignored by the staff.
I really like this Starbucks as they're super close to my house, open late hours and they don't mind if you bring in a cup of coffee from a rival coffee shop - which is just not the case with some locally owned coffee shops. The music is never too loud or outlandish and the clientele are professionals and laid back locals. It gets busy on the week mornings and weekend, but other than those times I've always been able to glide right in and out in less than 5 minutes.
This Starbucks needs to improve the flow in which customers enter, wait for beverages and leave. Customers are frequently jammed in and they are slow to meet drink demands. While the staff is friendly, these are easy to solve issues that could make this Starbucks better.
This location of Starbucks is just fine. The drinks come out quickly and usually correct. The only trouble is that this location is too small to service the amount of people who come here on a regular basis. Any time that I'm there before noon it is very difficult to find a seat. There is not enough seating and there is not enough room for as many people as service this area. I would recommend getting a larger location to service a larger population.
