She responds quickly to my emails and is very professional. But most importantly she creates beautiful arrangements for a good price! We will be calling her for next year's event for sure!

I am that unfortunate customer who received bad customer service and have to give them 1 star. Haven't seen the flowers yet, so can't speak to it, but the service was bad. When they failed to deliver on the set up date, they didn't give me a call to inform. I only found out when finally reaching them on the phone after 3 hours of trying to call. They said they could deliver the earliest on the following day. Although that would have no meaning since the following day was not our anniversary but god help, what else can I do, so I said fine. The following day, they didn't deliver until very late afternoon and we were so disappointed. Just purely disappointed and sad. I wish they understand that flowers are not like any other commodities. It brings special emotions to the recipients. I don't give a damn if their flowers are stunning and whatnot, if they fail to deliver in time, there's no value in it! Oh and good luck talking to them. Hope you talk to the nice and not the rude one of the two.
Great customer service! These ladies were willing to take my order last minute. And I must say that the arrangement came out beautifully! I would highly recommend this florist for all your needs.
I called from Cleveland, Ohio to order a special hydrangia plant and a birdhouse for my daughter and son in law in Durham. By the very next day, my daughter and her husband received the plant and a cute birdhouse. The plant was lovely and they both commented on how healthy it is. And they were super excited to have the birdhouse too. Patti and her crew were very helpful over the phone and took away any anxiety I might have had having to order unseen over the phone. I will use them again.
