I thought I knew what nice roses looked like -- how much difference can there be, right? Well, I was blown away when I decided to buy some Valentine's Day roses at Montgomery's. They were flawless. Suddenly, all the other roses I've bought in my life seemed like cheap knock-offs. Now I know the difference a real florist makes, and I'll stick with Montgomery's for the quality and the superb customer service that only a small family-owned business can provide.
Judy at Montgomery's stayed with a pending Cat 3 hurricane coming our way to make sure we were able to get our flowers for a wedding. The bride burst into tears of joy when she saw how lovely her bouquet was. I can not say enough about how Montgomery's is THE place to get lovely arrangements for any occasion, large or small.
I will not do business with this florist again. I ordered flowers on 11/16 and received confirmation that my order would be delivered on 11/17, per my request. I made 2 calls requesting status. At approximately 3:00, I was told the flowers were on the truck and would be delivered shortly. When I called again at 4:55 I was told that the flowers were delivered. They were not. Then I was told that they truck was nearby. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. This was my worse online shopping experience ever.
Had a great selection and was very accommodating when I needed a custom bouquet quickly. The price seemed reasonable relative to other custom flower shops I've been to.
We went here when my mother died and the place we normally go to just couldn't help us. Judy was excellent in helping us with our needs. The flower arrangements were better than we had imagined and we are grateful for the time and patience she showed while helping us do something we had never done before and were not sure what we needed to do. She stepped us through it.
