Customer I talked to on the phone is rude. Didnt know if it was a male or female. They did not give me their name so I would know how to address them. Sprint is just rude period!
Took 2 hours for something extremely simple. Employees standing around while at least 10 customers waiting. They were not worried about wasting peoples time at all.
Lied about my bill, still havent received my refund. DM was nice but sales person told me whatever just to get sales. Has been 3 weeks and im out $230
Will G. did a FANTASTIC job getting me out of my US Cellular phone and onto a new Sprint plan. He was very professional and worked hard to get me the plan and phone that worked for me within my current budget. However, due to the long wait times, seating around the kiosk would a wonderful addition to create an even more pleasant experience!! :) Even without the seating, everyone (Ashley and Francisco) maintained cool, calm heads in assisting Will with other customers and making sure my friend and I got everything we needed. They definitely need seating and/or new mats behind the desk so they can continue to work in comfort. Believe me, as hard as they worked for me today, I know they deserve it!!!
These folks are great! I had a problem with my phone where I couldn't receive any calls or texts, and they took the time to research what the issue was (two phone numbers were assigned to my account and phone. What???). Highly recommend.
