Great place to rent.
I prepaid for a week minivan rental, starting Friday at noon. Was unable to get there until three, they gave the van to someone else and made no attempt to find another vehicle. Lady fussed at me because "that's the purpose of the prepay." I would think that pre-paying should hold the car longer than that. My response of "I just want the damn car" became a "well you cussed at me" excuse to tell me to get lost. Horrible customer relations.
