Some weekends there will be performers when the weather is nice.
The mall has a lot of good sit down restaurants a movie theater, book store, Apple and Microsoft stores and has good decorations during the holidays.
I hate malls but I actually like this one. There are some good restaurants in the food courts as well as sit down restaurants outside. The sculptures are nice. The general look is appealing. They have a decent variety of stores as well as ones you expect in all malls (Bath & Body Works, department stores).
An excellent premium experience. The mall is varied and the food options are very good. The theater is opened late, so you can close your day in the best way. Walking in the street is nice with several nice statues which give the place personality
If you like to shop or eat there is a lot to offer at South point.
I just went for an eye exam but I used to bring my son there all the time for the play place.
Absolutely amazing place, it's beautiful and peaceful. It does consist of many pricey places to shop which could be a plus or minus mattering on the consumer. On Saturday nights they have wonderful live music where many people conjugate and dance and it's a lot of fun but at times the teens and kids can get wild in parking lot and run through the area. But overall a beautiful social area to shop for great products.
The play place is great for about 4-5 and under. Parents may want earplugs if they are staying for a while.
Don't shop too much now that I have 2 small children. That being said, I love taking them there! The play area is perfect for my almost 4 yr old and 15 month old children. On Sundays (the day we usually go), there's a gentlemen that makes balloon animals which the kids love. Next to the regular bathrooms there is a family bathroom complete with a toddler size toilet and tiny sink to match. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because there's no bathroom near the children's play area, you'd have to go into a store to use one or go all way to the main entrance. Also, I'd love to see a dollar type store or pharmacy. With little kids, having a store that carries diapers, wipes, medicine, etc would be super useful.
