Went for citizenship interview and everyone was very helpful and considerate with a smile on their face compared to all the other uscis places i have visited!! They actually act like humans and not some super power and treat you like humans too. Keep up the good work!

There is no way to ask a question on the local or national site. It's a simple question. Can I get help with a g-884 at the local office or do I have to get forms notarized and mail them along with copies of my documentation to the Buffalo office? I can't make an appointment to ask the question because the office is booked for two weeks, and doesn't schedule appointments beyond that. I don't want to waste weeks waiting on an appointment to find out the local office can't help. Ask Emma is a total waste of time. The office would do better to hire Siri.
