NC Center for Physical Therapy has been an amazing experience for me. I encountered knee(patella) pain about 5 months ago and it was something that my stubborn self tried to push through and deal with on my own. I realized about a month ago that this was something that wasn't going away without help. I went to NC Center for PT and after a few sessions with Misty I can truly say that I'm finally feeling normal again. She spent the time necessary with me each session to make sure I left feeling better then when I came in and what I should expect moving forward to give me some peace of mind. Sure enough the timetable of pain relief came to fruition and I can now walk and sit normally which is something I took for granted.
This was my first ever experience with PT, and I was incredibly impressed by the staff at this practice. The fact that it is a small, family-run practice truly gives it that caring vibe and the owner will make an appearance and show interest in your life. So unlike many practices!
I have been thoroughly pleased with the care I have received at NC Center for Physical Therapy. For my hip/lower back issues, I spent 10 minutes with an Orthopedic PA. Although the PA was quite nice, the time spent could not compare to the 1 hour that Katie spent with me during my initial visit. She was able to figure out my issues--one of which I've had for years and years! In the weeks since my initial visit, I have been feeling so much better! Additionally, both of my teen-aged sons have visited. My older son was helped a great deal with a basketball injury--Katie exposed an issue that was worse than what we thought (he has been treated by Chelsea as well). He is also feeling much better. For my younger son, Katie saved us an Urgent Care visit by taking a look at my son's hurt knee. We have been treated with special care from the front desk to the back room!
Misty is fantastic and I could tell that each and every employee in there had attention to detail with each individual they worked with. It is an open environment with private rooms if needed. Try them out for sure if you are in need of PT. They will work with you and cater to your abilities while making sure you progress in the best manner possible.
Best experience with physical therapy yet. Read the reviews, believe in the hype and you'll still be impressed. Imagine how it would feel to have a very well informed someone in your family treat you for a condition they really want to improve. This is how you feel at this office. It is the most calming fun medical environment I've ever been apart of. I could not recommend seeing them strongly enough.
Had a very positive experience at NC Center for Physical Therapy. Friendly, caring, hardworking professionals. Would recommend this center to anyone looking for a physical therapy solution. They worked well with my doctor's office and insurance company - which is also a great plus! Thank you for making my recovery work!
My therapist Chelsea was very professional, kind and did not rush me. She gave me the opportunity to ask many questions. I loved the holistic feel here and would highly recommend this practice to anyone hesitant about PT.
