I walked in on time with an appointment for 10, filled out some papers and didn’t have any contact for an hour and a half. I finally got back to the office and no one came in for another half an hour. The doctor was nice and I got the prescriptions and shot that I needed. When trying to pay and leave the staff was incredibly rude. Not only did they ignore me but we’re fighting with each other. Very uncomfortable. To get one shot I was in the facility for 3 and 1/2 hours. Seemed ma excessive for having had an appointment I was on time for. Couldn’t leave fast enough.
All in all a very respectable doctor office. Although more doctors for the night shift would be greatly appreciated. Being that Dr. CJ was the only one on duty when I went.
Thought urgent care was clean. Not crowded staff was friendly and very attentive wait time was short. Very thorough with paperwork and follow up with your employer in a timely matter.
The doctor really listened to my concerns and took them seriously. She really went over and beyond. At other locations you can feel like a number or just another patient, but not there I felt taken care of. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience!
I arrived and waited about 2 and a half hours before I was seen. I was about to go to the bathroom. I came to have a drug test. Some people had been sitting around since it was open waiting on a drug test. The staff was nice. The wait time turns you off. Everytime I go it's a long wait time.
