Overall seems to be a poorly run location. Some employees care and some don't. Needs a better manager.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Paying with the Duke Card apparently doesn't work anymore. So, after waiting for 45 minutes and nearly dying of hunger, the duke card reader is not working (and apparently hasn't been working for over a month). Not only did I NOT get a pizza for which I waited, but I lost my 20 reward points with which I paid for the pizza. To add insult to injury, I wasn't given an apology or a modicum of sympathy. I felt as if I was being treated as if I was lying about their card machine being clearly inoperative. I was being treated, instead, as if I was trying to get over. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I will never order from here again. You shouldn't either.
Good food, great prices, excellent convenience.
Having ordered a few times I've found them to be very inconsistent. Sometimes delivery is fast but the pizza is poorly made, sometimes an hour or more but a decent pie.
Delivery guy was absolutely rude. For my case, even if pizza was expensive or taste was below my expectation, it would be condoned if service was good. However, I was using this credit card to pay for pizza and wifi in his phone wouldn't work outside the building. Then, he tells me to go inside the building and do it myself and I did it twice. And at last, he asks me if I gave him a tip. Absolutely outrageous and rude. so I said no. Don't order from this place ever again
Cheapest pizza on the menu was 11bucks so I went with the wings. First and last visit. Damn things were slimy, almost raw and tasted bland, even with a watery buffalo sauce. Wasted $9 bucks on a few morsels of undercooked chicken and a bottled Pepsi. Never again.
