My order was room temperature by the time it arrived. Not hot at all. It arrived at 8:20 pm but the tracker showed that the driver left the store at 7:36 pm. It took him about 45 minutes to get here even though I live less than 3 blocks away. When the driver arrived, he was really nice though. My dinner experience was really below average this time. I'm very disappointed.
I'm very unsatisfied at the customer service at store 5508. The night manager Goss is very disrespectful and unprofessional.I ordered a pizza and a Philly cheese steak sub after nearly an hour and twenty minutes my order said it had been delivered however I never received a pizza. After talking to the night manager he stated that the pizza was on the way. I waited another 30 minutes then call again and let him know I never received my pizza. He then told me it was nothing he could do after arguing back and forth he offered me a free pizza however I do not wish to ever bring my business back to dominos franchise. A "free" pizza does not equate to the amount of money spent, nor do I wish to use your services ever again. It's shocking that had to negotiate receiving my refund this is unbelievably unbecoming of any business! Ideally a business at fault should accommodate the customer for any miss handled order if they wish to devolp returning customers. I am highly upset. Don't ever order from especially nccu students! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

Customer service was very rude wish I could leave a negative 0 !!!!!! Employee name is Johnathon my order was baked incorrectly. I called , and he hung up on me 20 twines & told me to stop calling. I am a manager and this is not customer service . If you want cold food , and a messed up order this is the place to go to.
