This office is very well organized. Everyone here is highly efficient, professional and courteous. Almost no wait time.
The location is clean and organized. They have a ton of customers so grab a number and be prepared to wait your turn. The customer service agent I spoke with was helpful and kind. Before you go research if your issue can be resolved over the phone. It might also help you in terms of wait time if you have an appointment.
I observed one who was to assess services but was unable to do so as this building does not accommodate disabled individuals... but don't people who assess SSI benefits have disabilities? OK, I guess I should not assume they would have wheel chairs. Why didn't she bring her own?
I called to ask for a check on my application status and the handler was like a robot without any greetings or courtesy. He hung up my call right after I said "thank you very much". Even he couldn't answer one simple question that the days he was repeating to me would include the weekends or not. His impoliteness and impatience ruined my morning. I was connected to him at 10:33 am, May 19 2017. Also the man who handled my application on May 9 at around 11:00 am at Window 2 was also very indifferent. Bad experience.
