Terrible Copy & Print Department: If you have something to print, go to the FedEx Office on Ninth Street. Your time is too valuable to be wasted on lazy and uninformative staff of Link, DukeCard, and the Perkins "service" desk. If money on your copy card decides to randomly disappear, don't be alarmed; you just get to go on the same expedition I did. Tell the service desk lady, have her direct you to the Link service desk, have them direct you to the DukeCard office, have them give you the phone number of the Office of Office Products, and finally, accept the truth that you won't get your money back. You think one of America's most prestigious universities has the best library staff, well...PSYCH!
