I've had a great experience with Dr Allison. While her main practice is OBGYN, she also see's male patients for hormone replacement therapy. I can only speak to her approach towards male hormone replacement; I find her methods very thorough. The lab she works with gives a far larger range of individual hormone levels there others I've worked with. Something I was unable to find with a Urologist, who only monitored testosterone levels and not the other eight hormones that work in unison to provide effective treatment. I've tried other hormone replacement therapies such as using subdermal pellets as well as trying a Urologist, but I've found Dr. Allison's approach to be much more thorough.

i went there on an emergency...was having terrible pain but didnt think it was ER worthy. They got me in pretty quickly i do have to say. But I had to have my insurance card faxed to them because i didnt have the hard copy with me. it took them 30 minutes to let me know they cannot read the faxed card and that the doctor wont see me until they have the card...ok understandable...you want your money...but the entire staff (especially the heavier woman sitting at the window) had an attitude and gave the impression they just didnt care to help at all. you have a patient in your waiting room bent over in pain and there is NOTHINGGG you will do or suggest unless you see an insurance card?? they acted like my insurance card was my only option i had to see the doctor. bill me!! jeez...i ended up leaving and going to the ER where they found i had a ruptured cysts! im actually glad i didnt get all the way threough to the doctor from the other reviews im reading. i will never go back to this office if it was the last obgyn on earth.
Been coming to Dr. Allison for 3 years! Dr. Allison and the staff are so knowledgeable. It helps tremendously that the staff is welcoming and very kind.

Dr. Allison is fabulous well educated very knowledgeable in what she does. Total women's health care !!!!! Everything from Hot flashing to OB GYN care. She talks to you about your situation and then she llisten.
