what a joke!
Their excuse is always theres an issue with the online scheduling, yet I call any other branch and they have not heard of such issues!!! crazy huh? I'll be writing to corporate regarding this issue and unprofessionalism
I have taken my van there 2x for an oil change. The second time I noticed a large puddle of oil under the van the same evening. Took it back to them the next day and they said it was leaking from a valve cover gasket. Called my regular mechanic and took it to him, he put the van on the lift and called me out to look at oil steadily dripping from the drain plug! It had been stripped. Called Sears the next day and they offered to put in a replacement plug... great! Good deal except it still drips here and there. Major problem comes in when after everything with first vehicle JUST LAST WEEK, my husband moves his car today for the first time in over a month due to having surgery, and it’s been leaking oil as well! He had recently had an oil change at the same Sears location just prior to parking it. We’ve been cranking it just enough to keep battery charged, but hadn’t actually moved it until today. Needless to say... NOT going back.
They did a regular oil change but ended up putting the wrong oil filter . It was way too long for my car , i ended up busting it when i hit an uneven area of the road causing all the oil to drain . Went down to the store to complain and the manager didn't even manage to come apologize for the mistake. The worker that helped us was very helpful but still won't be returning ever
I was talked into getting a lifetime tire rotation a few months ago, but every time I try to take my car in to get it done (since I paid out the butt for it) they are "booked" bc apparently it takes over an hour to do an oil change and rotate the darn tires (kinda funny because the one time I got one, I was in the waiting room for an hour before they finally pulled my car in, took them 10 min TOPS and it was back out! and after that my car was leaking oil bc the plug was STRIPPED!!)
Ultra slow service. I had to track down the cashier myself (who took his sweet ass time)
Friendly staff, and good work. They are a little under staffed, so you need to make an appointment a few days in advance
