We have used the Aluminum Company of North Carolina for many projects at our home and have always been very satisfied with the work. We called them when we wanted to put a front porch on our house and unfortunately they did not do cement work. So, we went with a different contractor and it quickly became a nightmare. After spending a large amount of money, our house was a mess. We cancelled the contract with that contractor and had the Aluminum Company come out a fix the siding that they had totally messed up. They did an excellent job and they always cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work at their home.
I have had my windows for almost ten years. I have had to call The Aluminum Co. of NC to replace failed windows on two occasions. Both times I was greeted on the phone by a live person. They were able to pull up my account and get me scheduled for repair. On both occasions the repair was done on time and in quick manner. The first time was about 3 years ago, I had three windows to fail. The most recent time I had 5 window sashes replaced after a hail storm in my area. It took Ronald 45 minutes to replace all windows and repair a screen. I could not ask for better service than what I received. Happy customer!

Today its rare to find a company that you can trust to get the job done right. We have had several things done at our home over the years, replacement windows, door, gutter helmets etc. Each and every-time the work was done to our exacting standards. Today, Ronald Clark came to our house and replaced an upper sash on a bathroom window that had failed after 10 plus years. I could not have been more impressed by his experience, professional and detail to work. He cleaned out the tracks, visually insured the new window sealed properly. He cleaned the applicable window and insured it locked properly. He asked if we had any questions and seemed so caring and was so polite. The appointment representative, I believe her name was Sherri, is to be commended also. She was very understanding and worked with our schedule since we were spending a lot of time at the hospital due to a family member being in Intensive Care Unit. We would like to express our appreciation to the Aluminum Company of North Carolina in Durham for being a reputable company that stands behinds it products and service.
