Lively and buzzing every time I have been here. Crowd is mostly comprise of duke students. Head there If you really Wana party and dance. Might occasionally find the Duke men's basketball team chilling here.
My roomies and I are from out of state. Never been here until last night. Great vibes, kind of a younger crowd but still all age groups. They're music was mid 2000's which was good but not really new at all. Ok prices on drinks no food. Beer pong, bull riding, line dance, balcany views, pretty sweet hip honky tonk feel.
No good idea ever began with "let's go to Shooters." Bumping it to two stars for the bad ideas that are kind of fun.
Me and my girlfriend have gone there once and will probably keep it to just that. This place could be 100X's better if the dj simply updated his playlist from his 2006's country/pop hits. Otherwise decent bar with a decent dance floor. The crowd consists mostly of young Duke students. So be prepared to tell them how you don't go there. Over and over again. If you do, you'll probably fit right in.
