The employees, specifically the younger gentlemen, have incredible customer service skills. They are so polite and kind and they always speak to you with a smile on their face. You can not beat that, nor will you see that going to the McDonalds across the street.

Still the beat Taco Bell in Durham. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and they never mess up on my order. I drive twice as far for this Taco Bell.
This is the absolute best Taco Bell in Durham. This is my wife's favorite fast food restaurant, so we eat there a lot on the go. We recently we to the Hope Valley Taco Bell and they were TERRIBLE!! Our food was sloppy, our cinnamon twist had no cinnamon, the restaurant itself was dirty. Me and several other patron had food issues. Tonight I came to this Taco Bell (Hwy 55 &54). I came in with 3 complicated orders, and not only did they ring my order up correctly the first time, it came out fast, hot, and PERFECT! I appreciate the great service and keep up the great work!!

Staff is awesome. I know this sounds crazy, because it's just taco bell, but this location and the one at the corner of Six Forks Rd and Strickland Rd make the best food. I always get several regular soft tacos, and these two locations do it right. Always a good amount of meat, cheese, and lettuce. Most taco bells just throw s**t on a shell. These two locations always have a beautiful taco that is worth the money. They aren't putting too much or giving away food, disrupting food cost, but they put what I feel you should get. Not to mention this location is always spotless. I can't comment on the cleanliness of the other location I mentioned because I've never been inside that one. I'd give this one 10 stars if I could. Warm, friendly, and welcoming staff. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Most important of all, delicious, properly made, great tasting food.
