Love!! This gym so much classes to keep me motivated all the time! Staff members are nice and friendly! Good vibes! The only thing why I don't give it 5 start because of the bathrooms or lockers room it needs more cleaning! Especially the toilets and showers! Is dirty But other than that I really like this place i really recommended it to anyone that will love to reach thier goals for once for all.
I submitted my request to cancel personal training and was in my 3 day right to cancel. I put this request in almost 3 months ago, and still have not received the 100+ dollar refund. I've called multiple offices, yet still I have received NOTHING. They said that they mailed a check on 3 different instances, yet I still have not received ANYTHING. I asked could they credit the card that they took the money off of, and of course they said no. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I don't expect to receive this refund, however, I am giving them a week to refund my money before I get proper authorities involved.
That body attack class.....MY GOODNESS!!! I love the options they have for classes and the facility is clean. There are always options in classes especially if you're just starting. I've been 3 times, and so far so good. They really give you a great workout.
So I just left after sitting, looking stupid at membership. I came in ready to sign up for a more expensive gym membership. As I walk in the guy dealing with me in the past doesn't even address me as a I sit down. He's sitting there with a older man that is waiting on a ride at his desk. Nothing is going on. I sit for 10 min with not even a nod but he looks my way a couple times. I wanted to sign up here because they have extra equipment that would be nice in my workout plan. No, this customer service is so poor and they can't even get their first impressions right. If you want to get tied down to a ridiculous plan, with a dirty facility and piss poor customer service come here. If not there is a gym I will become a part of down the Rd on Miami Blvd.
They wanted to substitute my free 5 day pass to try out the facility to garnish a discount on the enrollment fee. I told them I had already been to another Fitness Connection and tried it out and didn't like it because they didn't have wifi. Anyone with any amount of customer skills would have issued another five day pass and had me try it out. Instead, they held the 5 day pass as a bargaining chip. This costs them nothing and was silly. Hopefully someone reads this and sees it as I'm doing them a favor for explaining why they lost the deal. Interesting observation...when I went to the other Fitness Connection location in February the annual fee was in April. Here at this facility, I went in in September and was told it was in November. Hmm. Interesting. All in all I thought the facilities were good and I could see myself in there. Shame, they have no common sense on how to identify the customer's priorities and make a sale based on that. I'm still looking for a fitness club.
