Quick service..always busy..love Shell premium
I at least want good customer service. I went inside to buy a pack of cigarettes but ended up waiting 5min in line waiting for the cashier to get off the phone. here was no Hi, how was your day, Thank you for shopping with us. It was simply the total and next. Also this isnt the first time. I have gotten the same treatment everytime time anyone but the woman is behind the counter. She at least says thank you. The only reason I will ever go back there again is if I my car is about to cut off from no gas. Even then, there is another store right across the street. that has better service. so I wait.
Pumps weren't working properly with use of their reward card so I had to go inside.
Depends on who's working and if manager is around. When the right folla are there it clean and great...if not it's a roll of the dice
