The interest rate is very high and they want an arm, a leg, an eye and a thigh to refinance a loan that is paid on time every month!
They are the worst
The interest might be high, but the monthly payment is way cheaper than all the credits I consolidated. After identifying myself as a customer, this individual was rude, nasty, refused to assist, and eventually hung up on me. He was uninterested in hearing about the manner in which a customer was treated. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that El would act like a little boy rather than a man.
When I called to inquire into the city and state of corporate office, a temporary employee by the name of Erol or "El" began arguing with me.
