Had a scheduled Tues. Oct. 17th. Was impressed with office manager Shantina Alston and her staff. Everyone was pleasantly professional and courteous. My doctor was Todd Robinson who explained my cost effective options which I felt was informative. Adequate parking and pleasant waiting area made this appointment out of all I have experienced a definite 5 star experience. Hygienist Meghan has “ the right touch” and so did doctor’s Asst.Megan. A real pleasure meeting everyone there.
I cannot say enough good things about Willowdaile family dentistry! I came to them during their emergency hours in terrible pain, after having moved across the country, and they were so friendly and helpful and were able to see me right away. I also have a lot of dental anxiety, and they were able to make me feel so comfortable and were so calm and knowledgeable and careful with my specific case. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and warm, like family, which is something I never expected from my dentist. Dr Patel has been the best dentist I have ever seen & I will bring my family here for years to come!
