From day one I had major issues with vehicle. I drove from Greensboro to Durham more than 8 times. And never was satisfied with service because it always (showed)back up. So now that I've waited 90 days.. 3 months and haven't received one receipt or title after paying the balance. (I owned car for 7months and payed over 5k. VERY BAD COMPANY.. con artist with business license.. #americandream
I purchased a vehicle back in Feb and since the day I bought the car home, It has been a nightmare. I was told that I had a warranty on the vehicle and during my Warrenty, I had issues with my transmission and power steering and I reported to them. I gave them the car back to fix and they fixed my power steering but not my transmission. I received the car back with a bad alignment which tore my tires to shreds. I reported the issue to them and they took a month to pick up my vehicle and 3 weeks to fix ONLY the alignment. They claimed that they were waiting for a piece for my transmission.They never got around to fixing it. They told me I can trade the car however they would not apply my payments to the new car. I am now having to go to court to get my money back. DO NOT GO HERE.
